WASHINGTON –Today, U.S. Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) objected to Senator Catherine Cortez Masto’s (D-Nev.) attempt to obstruct President Trump’s trade agenda.
“President Trump is doing a masterful job of negotiating with countries and companies to finally do what should’ve been done a long time ago, which is to rebuild this country from the inside out,” Senator Moreno said. “So, for the reasons that President Trump laid out last week, that we are going to rebuild this country, with American hands, with American hearts, with American pride, it’s with that sentiment, I object.”
